Ortiz family, You are in our thoughts and prayers. I remember spending some of my summers visiting with your family. My fondest memories was all the good food we had to eat as she was the best cook around and going to the drive-in movies. Aunt Tina was my aunt but I always considered her a second mom. She was my role model. As an adult the best part of visiting her was staying up late talking, listening to her stories from the past as she had so much knowledge about family history. I will miss her hugs and her telling me you Love you more! What a a life well lived. Until we meet again. I Love You More!

My name is Lee Caughman, I'm one of Tina's surrogate kids. I used to tell her she was my second mom, and she would laugh that glorious laugh. She is in my earliest memories of life, and she always will be. I will always love and remember her...and Fidel,,,and their beautiful family. Not to mention her enchiladas. The world has lost a wonderful person, but she and Fidel are together again. God bless her family and friends, may we all see her again someday. With deepest love and sympathy...
