My thoughts and prayers go out to Lance's family. I sat next to him at work for a period of time. He was a gentle, kind, and hard working man. He always had time for a short conversation to discuss the topic of the day and when he wasn't in the office or after I moved, I missed our chats. He is missed, but I find comfort knowing he is in a better place and no longer battling ALS. Sincerely, Paul Laboda
