Obituary of Gerald J. Wingerter

Gerald "Boe" Wingerter passed away August 8th in Denver, CO following a short illness. He was 53 years old. Mr. Wingerter was born and raised in Casper, was a graduate of Natrona County High School in 1974 and of the University of Wyoming in 1978. Majoring in Economics and Finance, he was the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Alcoa, Inc. for many years. In recent years, he held the position of IT Manager for the Adams Mark Corporation in Denver. Boe was a compassionate soul and is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Marge Wingerter, of Casper. He will be infinitely missed by those who survive him, especially his two daughters, Megan and Desirae Wingerter of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by his eight siblings including his twin sister, Karen Cloud of Denver, CO; Shyrl Moore, Centennial, CO; Rosalie Ressler and Terry Wingerter of Casper, WY; Bonita Pearsall, Philadelphia, PA; Norleen Healy, Sheridan, WY; Tom Wingerter, Tulsa, OK and Joe Wingerter, Omaha, NE. A Funeral service will be held at Evans Chapel (directly north of 2280 S. Vine Street) on the campus of Denver University on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 9:00 a.m., followed by burial in Littleton Cemetery.
