63, of Centennial, passed on December 14, 2010 at home with family at her side. Wife of Mack. Mother of Linsey, Brian and John. Daughter of Jean Hazelett and the late John Hazelett. Sister of Judy and Carol Hazelett.
A Celebration of Susan's Life will be held on Tues., Dec. 21st, 2 pm, at Hope United Methodist Church, 5101 S. Dayton St. in Greenwood Village. Reception to Follow.
