Obituary of Daniel Milton Solt

Daniel Milton Solt passed away Aug. 29, 2012, after a fight with pancreatic cancer. Dan was born on Sept. 10, 1947, to Milton and Grace Solt in Sutter Creek, Calif. He married Karen Brown on Dec. 9, 1973, and the couple moved to Napa a year later to raise their family. Dan and Karen moved to Colorado in 2005, after living in Napa for more than 30 years. Dan's fondest memories include trips to Hawaii with his family and years he spent coaching his daughters on local softball teams. Dan is survived by Karen, his wife of 38 years; his sister, Marge Benavides; his daughters, Michelle Zents (Brian) and Suzanne Duncan (Jon-Michael); and grandchildren, Tyler, Brooklyn and Alexandra.
