Marcia Costa, 74, of Denver, Colorado passed away on October 28th, 2021 after a long battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Marcia was born on January 26th, 1947 to Lloyd and Margaret Mirelez in Gilcrest, Colorado. After Marcia graduated from Bushnell high school she went on to get married and live in Colorado Springs. As an Air Force wife, Marcia was able to travel and live in Amsterdam, Holland, Key West, Florida, and Aviano AB, Italy. She resided in Roy, Utah for 15 years prior to returning to Denver.
Marcia leaves behind her loving son, Everett E. Costa III, and loving daughter, Shannon Lynn Seward of Roy, Utah. Marcia has six grandchildren; Nicole Costa, Dante Delvalle, Journee Seward, Stevee Seward, Skye Seward and Mario Seward.
Marcia has seven siblings and is survived by her sisters Judy Aragon, Kathy Steward and Martha DeArman, and her brother, Bonifacio “Bonnie” Mirelez. Her predeceased sisters are Virginia Martin and her brothers, Pete Mirelez and Lloyd Mirelez.
Marcia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all. She had a heart of gold and made a positive impact on everyone she met. Marcia enjoyed traveling, taking care of her grandkids, and watching Denver Broncos football. Her warm hugs, contagious laughter and smile will be missed.
Services will be held at Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church, 18000 East Arapahoe Road Foxfield, CO 80016 on November, 12th at 11:30.
