I could not speak more highly of Ponderosa Valley. I am a fairly young wife who lost her husband, and they walked me through absolutely everything. Maddie was wonderful, Julie was incredibly responsive. I told them what I desired, and my budget, and they absolutely worked within it. They were exceptionally kind and compassionate- providing everything I requested! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is seeking help and services for their loved one. -May His favor be upon them!

I want to thank the staff for their care and kindness during a very difficult time. Their service overall was thoughtful, and we truly appreciate how they supported our family through the arrangements. However, I did want to share a concern that caused some stress at the end. When my daughter and friend arrived to pick up my husband’s urn, there were unexpected extra ashes. As a Catholic family, it’s very important to us not to separate remains, but because of the miscommunication about how much would be cremated with him, the original urn we purchased was too small. My friend felt pressured to purchase a larger urn on the spot. After I contacted the funeral home to express my concern, they did refund the cost of the second urn, which I appreciate. I just hope future families are given clearer information up front to avoid the same situation. Thank you again for the compassion you showed our family overall.

When our family found ourselves needing assistance after our loved one's passing, we felt so fortunate that Lacee with Ponderosa Valley was recommended to us. Lacee's experience proved invaluable as she guided us through decisions and answered every question. Our loved one's burial plot was out of state and she handled all necessary preparations in Colorado and coordinated transportation, making the process smooth and worry-free for our family.
