- Price is for direct cremation with basic cremation container and without visitation, formal services, or ceremony.
- Includes all of the essential services of the funeral director and staff.
- Removal and transportation of your loved one to the funeral home.
- Care of your loved one until cremation is complete.
- Cremation process and return of ashes.
- Consultation with responsible party for final arrangements.
- All the necessary permits and authorizations.
- Free self-service online obituary.
- Many other optional services available - including celebration of life event planning, traditional funeral service, on-site catering, scattering assistance, and more - at additional charge.
- Prices do not include urn or other merchandise, cash advances, filing fees, or death certificates. Please see complete price list for additional details and exclusions.
Burial Services Starting At
$2,295
- Price is for burial with no visitation or formal services and ceremonies. Does not include casket, outer burial container, or cemetery costs.
- Includes all of the essential services of the funeral director and staff;
- Removal of your loved one as well as transportation to the cemetery for burial (within a 30 mile radius of the funeral home).
- Care of your loved one until burial is complete.
- Consultation with responsible party for final arrangements.
- All the necessary permits and authorizations.
- Free self-service online obituary.
- Many other optional services available - including celebration of life event planning, traditional funeral service, on-site catering, police escort to the gravesite, and more - at additional charge.

Ponderosa has taken care of both of my parents. To describe the service as anything but comforting and the best during an emotional time would be still selling it short. Madilyn was great and very helpful with information we hadn’t thought of. Highly recommended

Ponderosa simplified the process and supported me during the worst days of my life. They were clear, kind, and low pressure. Their prices were low enough that I did not need to try to source the casket or flowers elsewhere. I can not be more grateful for the care and consideration that gave to me. They continued to offer support after their "job" was done. Thank you Maddie!

Recently we worked with Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services for my father’s funeral services. Planning a funeral for a loved one is difficult. Ponderosa did an excellent job helping us navigate all the details and with scheduling services. We worked with Maddie and she communicated very well and followed through with everything they said they would do.
This is the third time I have worked with Ponderosa. I worked with them also for my sons and mothers funeral services as well. This isn’t something anyone wants to do…but when you need help, Ponderosa has has been there to help through very difficult times.
